He performed his orthopedic residency at the Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem. Dr. Rand also completed a spine surgery fellowship at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, and a two-year spine surgery and spinal research fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to the Israel Spine Center, he served as a senior surgeon in the spine surgery unit at the Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem. Dr. Rand has presented or published or presented nearly 100 scientific articles. Dr. Rand has extensive experience with the TOPS System and many other solutions for lumbar and cervical spine diseases.
